Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead and mentor multiple engineering squads, fostering a culture of ownership, quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Drive end-to-end software delivery, ensuring clear planning, execution, and timely release of high-quality product features. Partner closely with product management and cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver customer-focused solutions. Architect scalable and maintainable systems by guiding technical decisions and ensuring alignment with long-term platform strategy. Remove delivery blockers, manage execution risks, and ensure engineering teams remain focused on outcomes and velocity. Promote engineering excellence by applying strong software design principles, agile methodologies, and best practices. Support team growth through coaching, performance management, and development of engineering talent. Requirements: 5+ years of experience managing software engineering teams in a product-driven environment. 5+ years of professional experience as a software developer working in agile environments. Proven ability to lead end-to-end software delivery, from planning and estimation to production deployment. Strong technical background with understanding of system architecture, scalable design, and software engineering principles. Experience collaborating closely with product teams to iterate quickly and deliver customer value. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and effectively. Demonstrated success in mentoring engineers and building high-performing, collaborative teams. Experience with modern engineering stacks (e.g., Ruby on Rails, React, iOS, Android) is a plus.
