Must Have
8+ years of engineering experience, 4+ Years managing engineers in a SaaS environment, operational excellence skillset, technical foundation with depth in backend and/or data, Proven ability to translate between the highly technical and the non-technical, Track record of building team culture, operating as an effective people manager, Experience operating in compliance-bound environments, communication skills, comfortable in a highly async remote-first environment
Nice to Have
nsurtech or other highly regulated industry background, Experience building and/or shipping AI-powered products, Familiarity with building and scaling engineering workflows using AI tooling, Based in NYC strongly preferred but not required
