Join our ambitious team and make an exceptionally meaningful impact! ## What You'll Do: * Build solutions that support clinician, patient, and caregiver workflows while meeting safety, usability, and accessibility requirements. * Translate user requirements, clinical insights, and risk mitigations into elegant and effective UI solutions. * Ensure build consistency through patterns, style guides, and collaboration with design system owners. * Partner with Human Factors Engineering to integrate IEC 62366 and FDA usability requirements into the UI/UX workflow. * Support formative studies, heuristic evaluations, use-error analyses, and simulated-use testing. * Analyze study results and recommend build changes to improve safety, workflow alignment, and user happiness. * Contribute to user interface–related risk analysis (e.g., UFMEA, task analysis, use-related hazard identifi
