What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 6 years of experience in semiconductor test process engineering, focus on Burn In test, wafer sorting, and wafer level testing, Proven track record of leading projects and cross-functional collaboration, understanding of semiconductor test processes, equipment, and methodologies, Familiarity with Work Instructions (WI), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Control Plans, FMEA, 8D problem-solving, and quality systems, Demonstrated ability to document, analyze, and improve testing processes systematically, Proficiency with analytical tools and data-driven problem-solving, Excellent communication and leadership skills
Nice to Have
Experience with AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) in semiconductor testing, Hands-on knowledge of programming/scripting languages (ASP. NET C#, Java, Python) for test automation or data analysis, Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), OEE tracking, and yield management systems, Experience in NPI ramp-up and technology transfer, Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen), Ability to mentor and develop junior engineers in a structured way, Experience in SQL or big data analytics for handling large-scale test datasets, Familiarity with IATF 16949 standards for automotive product requirements
