Must Have
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering or related field, Three (3) years of experience as a Test Engineer or related occupation developing product test solutions for analog or mixed signal integrated circuits, Demonstrated Expertise programming in object-oriented and scripting languages for analog/digital devices, Demonstrated Expertise with design verification tools and flows including Verilog, Verilog simulators, Spice simulators, or related, Demonstrated Expertise developing software in major ATE software platforms to test ICs on custom designed and debugged PCBs for interface, Demonstrated Expertise designing software and hardware to characterize and production test state-of-the-art, Demonstrated Expertise using statistical analysis tools and reports oriented for validation of products to set test limits on products, Demonstrated Expertise participating in project development including support of design-for-testability, product qualification, and ongoing support of products, Demonstrated Expertise releasing products to production by interfacing with various departments, Experience and skills may be gained during a PhD program
