Must Have
Minimum 2+ years of professional software engineering experience in a relevant industry segment, Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, or Java, understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices, Demonstrated expertise in system design, architecture, and technical problem-solving, Proven experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis, Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization techniques, Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows, analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, Experience with code review processes and quality assurance methodologies
Nice to Have
Master's degree (ME/M. Tech) is a plus, Domain expertise in relevant technology stacks or industry segments is preferred but not required, Experience with domain-specific technologies or industry-specific tools, Knowledge of system architecture and microservices design patterns, Familiarity with containerization and deployment technologies, Experience with automated testing frameworks and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, Background in performance profiling and optimization, Exposure to agile development methodologies
