What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Quality Engineering, or a related engineering discipline, Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering in a semiconductor equipment or high-tech manufacturing industries, Experience supporting internal audits, certification audits, and/or customer audits, Familiarity with operational excellence tools such as Lean manufacturing, FMEA, SPC, PDCA, 8D problem solving, and Six Sigma, problem‑solving and analytical skills, hands‑on experience applying structured methodologies such as 8D, Clear and effective communication skills, Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, Proficiency in written and spoken English
Nice to Have
ISO 9001 internal auditor or lead auditor certification, Leadership exposure in customer escalation management
