What You'll Do.
Develop detailed Scope of Work (SOW) documents for road rehabilitation
and maintenance works
ensuring clear technical requirements
and compliance with UAE/local standards.
Conduct site inspections during construction and maintenance phases to verify adherence to approved designs
and quality benchmarks.
Oversee and coordinate contractors’ activities
monitor daily progress
resolve technical issues
and ensure timely delivery within budget and contractual obligations.
Ensure that all works comply with local authority regulations
project specifications
and AD Ports Group prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Monitor and report cash flow forecasts accurately and on time.
Analyze and report variances between planned and actual costs in monthly reports and support the team in identifying corrective/recovery actions for the following month.
Check and verify contractor payment applications/invoices
providing clarifications and supporting the approval workflow.
Provide cost-related information to the Budget Tracker and other management reports.
Support the development of the annual budget plan for the Facilities Management department
ensuring alignment with operational and business needs.
Coordinate and supervise contractor teams executing road maintenance works.
Ensure agreed work is completed follow up on any defects or non-compliance.
Provide guidance and support to junior staff in road maintenance operations.
