Must Have
Master’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automatic Control, Optical Engineering, Optoelectronics, Photonics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design and Theory, Materials Engineering, Materials Science, or other related technical disciplines, analytical thinking and data-driven problem-solving skills, Proficient in both English and Chinese communication, Quality-oriented mindset, hands-on attitude, attention to detail
Nice to Have
Experience or knowledge of signal processing, automatic control, instrumentation, testing systems, Basic understanding of HDD product structure, materials, magnetic storage principles, reliability validation, Interest or experience in validating next-generation storage technologies, Familiarity with reliability validation standards, test process design, data analysis, failure analysis
