Must Have
7–10 years of hands-on procurement experience in manufacturing or engineering industries, expertise in sourcing strategy, vendor development, and contract/commercial management, Skilled in supplier audits, performance management, and cost optimization, ERP proficiency (SAGE / JD Edwards preferred), negotiation, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills
