Must Have

Minimum of 6 years of Progressive experience in engineering design, analysis, and development of mechanical or aerospace systems., Understanding of full lifecycle product development, including design, testing, certification, and production support., Ability to define requirements, support compliance planning, and evaluate design alternatives., Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams, manufacturing, and suppliers., Familiarity with analytical modeling, aerodynamic CFD analysis, structural modeling, CAD design, engineering drawings, GD&T, and model-based definition., engineering judgment, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills., Interest in mechanical systems, aircraft, and manufacturing., Ability to work in office, lab, manufacturing, and other technical environments as needed., Must be legally authorized to work in the United States., Ability to comply with export control, ITAR, and related security requirements.

Nice to Have

concepting, designing, and introducing a system into production., Experience supporting or transitioning a design into a manufacturing environment., Technical hands-on experience in prototype, test, manufacturing, or related engineering support environments., Familiarity with propeller systems or rotating mechanical systems.
