Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent, Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC project engineering, Hands‑on experience in HVAC installation, coordination, and commissioning, knowledge of Chilled water systems (air‑cooled & water‑cooled), CRAH / CRAC units, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, Familiar with project schedules and reporting tools (e. g. MS Project, Excel)
Nice to Have
Experience delivering large‑scale commercial, industrial, or data center projects is preferred, Data center or mission‑critical project experience is a advantage, coordination and communication skills, Proactive problem‑solver with attention to detail, Able to work independently and under tight project schedules, Good stakeholder management and teamwork mindset
What You'll Do.

Coordinate HVAC design development

Resolve technical issues related to chilled water systems
Manage day‑to‑day HVAC site activities
Coordinate pre‑commissioning

Assist the Project Manager in cost control
Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures

Enforce site HSE requirements and safe work practices

Full Job Description
**What you will do:** The Senior Project Engineer (HVAC) is responsible for managing and coordinating the engineering, technical, and site execution aspects of HVAC works for large‑scale data center and critical facility projects. The role supports the Project Manager to ensure safe, timely, compliant, and high‑quality project delivery, from design coordination through installation, testing, commissioning, and handover. **How you will do it:** ### **Engineering & Technical Management** * Coordinate HVAC design development, shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements * Review and ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, codes, and standards * Resolve technical issues related to chilled water systems, CRAH/CRAC units, AHUs, ducting, pipework, and ventilation * Interface with consultants and clients to address technical queries and design clarifications ### **Site Execution & Coordination** * Manage day‑to‑day HVAC site activities to ensure works are executed according to approved drawings and schedules * Coordinate with main contractor, MEP trades, CSA teams, vendors, and subcontractors * Monitor work progress and ensure alignment with the approved project program * Support site supervision teams to ensure installation quality and workmanship standards ### **Testing, Commissioning & Handover** * Coordinate pre‑commissioning, testing, and commissioning (T&C) activities * Work closely with commissioning agents, vendors, and client representatives * Ensure proper preparation of as‑built drawings, O&M manuals, and handover documentation * Support final inspections, snag clearance, and client acceptance ### **Cost, Procurement & Contract Support** * Assist the Project Manager in cost control, variation evaluation, and progress claims * Track material procurement, deliveries, and vendor schedules * Identify potential variation orders and schedule risks early ### **Quality, Safety & Compliance** * Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, inspec
