Must Have
experience in system testing within EPC or engineering projects, communication, coordination and leadership skills, ability to manage multiple testing workstreams effectively, good understanding of verification, validation and test processes, knowledge of engineering documentation and test procedures, bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent qualification, 3+ years of experience in project engineering or testing roles, customer-focused mindset with proven process-improvement ability

We manufacture innovative, market‑leading subsea production systems for the offshore Oil & Gas market. **Partner with the Best** As a System Test Engineer at Baker Hughes, you will be leading system‑level testing activities across EPC projects. You will be ensuring verification and validation of customer requirements while driving test readiness, documentation quality, and on‑time delivery.
