What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, at least 5 years of industry experience in chemical, semiconductor, food, or pharmaceutical, minimum 3 years in process design and equipment commissioning, Solid knowledge of unit operations, reaction engineering, basic chemical analysis, Ability to create PFDs/P&IDs, specify liquid and solids handling equipment, Proven experience managing projects longer than 1 year, problem-solving mindset, accountable, Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Accolade experience is a plus, 6 Sigma certification
