Key Responsibilities * Develop, implement, and monitor cleanroom environmental surveys, to verify compliance and support area buy-off. * Develop and execute contamination sampling plans for cleanroom environmental, equipment, tools, and process samples to ensure cleanliness and prevent yield-impacting defects. * Perform routine and event-based environmental and equipment sampling to support operational readiness and cleanroom classification. * Manage handling and qualification of cleanroom indirect materials by setting cleanliness criteria, performing inspections, and approving materials for use. * Define cleanroom protocols, including gowning, behavior, and contamination prevention practices, and provide training to ensure compliance. * Define and coordinate with laboratories implement test plans, analyse cleanliness data, investigation deviations, and recommending mitigation actions for product & process cleanliness complianc
