A senior level engineer responsible for organizing and researching proposed product base lines, including product changes, releases, and obsolescence. In this role, you will serve as the Product Change Lead for a specific product line. Your primary responsibility will be to implement product changes across the enterprise, overseeing the entire process from the initial change proposal to execution. Duties/Responsibilities: Manage the global product baseline and change process within a designated business unit, ensuring successful implementation across assigned product lines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product baselines and change control requirements for assigned products and projects. Identify components and assemblies critically to implementing product changes at operational sites and within both existing and new customer-installed bases. Lead programs and various projects and partner with stakeholders to develop efficient product change management processes that improve cycle time, enhance manufacturing execution, and minimize inventory impact. Provide product support to manufacturing, supply chain, product management, account management, and other functional teams regarding baselines and modifications.
