Overview CCE is seeking a Senior Engineer, HV Engineering to serve as a lead technical authority on generation and load interconnection engineering, substation design, and utility compliance. This role sits at the intersection of substation design and project execution. You'll proved hands-on technical guidance that shapes how CCE designs, builds, and commissions utility-scale solar, storage, and co-located large load facilities across our national portfolio. This is an individual contributor and cross-functional role reporting to the Senior Manager of HV Engineering. Responsibilities Interconnection Engineering, Engineering Management, Durham, NC; New York, NY; or San Francisco, CA) on a hybrid schedule (3 days/week in office). Remote candidates will also be considered. Compensation: The salary range for the position is $110-150K plus bonus and benefits. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
