Must Have
6 years’ experience in design of Highways, Experience of Open Roads, Inroads, Civil 3D (compulsory), Working experience to DMRB/ AASHT, Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills, Ability to work effectively with colleagues, seniors, team members and clients, Experience in leading a team of junior engineers and CAD technicians, Experience of major highway projects at feasibility and detailed design stages, Competency in writing technical reports and making presentations
Nice to Have
Ability to develop / improve niche technical capability in response to business opportunity

Use design software competently
Provide on the job support
Undertake checks and inspections
Monitor and propose remedial actions
Author competent technical reports
Check work of project team
Brief project team on work procedures
Safety & Environmental (QSE) standards

Work in collaboration with multidisciplinary team; Work effectively with colleagues, seniors, team members and clients; Lead a team of junior engineers and CAD technicians
