Must Have
Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Geology, or related discipline, Minimum 8 years underground geotechnical engineering experience, Experience with geotechnical monitoring systems, Experience with numerical modelling techniques, Proficiency in Rocscience software suite, Proficiency in mine planning packages, Demonstrated leadership experience supervising engineers, Demonstrated leadership experience mentoring engineers, Demonstrated leadership experience coaching engineers, Problem-solving skills, Analytical skills, Critical thinking skills, Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams, Valid working rights in the country where the role is located
