Follow Shield AI on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube. ## What you'll do Develop and release Foundry-backed applications that support MES, ERP, and operational analytics platforms. Build end-to-end features, from backend services and data transformations to intuitive user interfaces, with a focus on performance, maintainability, and security. Partner closely with production managers, engineers, and supply chain teams to understand business workflows and deliver scalable software solutions. Design and build applications with React and TypeScript within the Palantir Foundry ecosystem, integrating and operationalizing data across multiple domains. Deliver continuously by writing well-tested, maintainable code and iterating quickly based on real-world feedback. Influence technical direction by contributing to architecture decisions, establishing best practices, and helping scale Shield AI’s Foundry development capabilities. ## Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development with demonstrated ownership of production applications. Exceptional ability to communicate with stakeholders, spanning senior leadership and collaborative peers to align on requirements and outcomes. Hands-on experience designing and building React applications and TypeScript/JavaScript-based backend services and APIs.
