4+ years of experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA), structural analysis (linear & nonlinear simulations), ANSYS (Workbench & Classic), FE meshing techniques, model setup, analytical skills, problem-solving skills, interpretation skills, Graduation in Mechanical Engineering
Nice to Have
orthopaedic implant simulation, physiological loading conditions, validation, Material, geometric, and contact nonlinearities, Fatigue analysis, life prediction, modal analysis, harmonic analysis, transient analysis, implicit analysis, explicit analysis, ISO & ASTM standards related to medical devices, FDA / EU medical device regulations, correlation of simulation results with experimental and lab testing data, fatigue & fracture mechanics, test methods and validation approaches for implants, high-quality technical reports, presentations, CAD tools (SolidWorks / SpaceClaim), cross-functional collaboration with design, testing, and quality teams, 3 Yrs exp in projects working with global teams

Perform FEA simulations
support product design
development of orthopaedic implants
Translate real-world loading
boundary conditions into simulation models
Develop and validate FE models
nonlinear simulations
Correlate simulation results
Provide design recommendations
Generate and present CAE analysis reports
Support development of CAE methodologies
Collaborate with global teams
quality and regulatory functions
Demonstrate problem-solving skills
adapting to dynamic project priorities
