Job Description Essential Responsibilities: * Analyze reject disks using microscopes and advanced equipment (AFM, SEM EDX, Wyko, Zygo, OSA) to identify and classify defects. * Interpret defect analysis results, including SEM EDX data, and compile failure analysis reports. * Lead discussions with process owners on defect issues and work to address unknown defects. * Track and monitor yield performance using EIS and Spotfire, including viewing iris mapping and disk quality performance (KPOV). * Coordinate with FA Tech to ensure correct reject disks are pulled for analysis. * Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve defect rates. ## Qualifications Required : * Degree Holder from any Engineering or related field from a recognized institution * Min 3 year(s) working experience in Failure Analysis environment will be an added advantage Skills: * Fundamentals of Engineering: Understanding of core engin
