Must Have
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, At least 5 years’ relevant working experience, Demonstrate leadership ability, critical and broad base thinking, trouble shooting ability, Ability to work independently, Ability to work with all levels, Demonstrated customer service, ability to communicate effectively and professionally, Experience with staff management, Experience with budget management, Experience with project management, Must be committed, Must be prepared to work overtime when necessary, ability to be on 24 hr standby, proficiency with various software applications programs including MS Excel, Word and Power point
Nice to Have
preferably in Biotech, Pharmaceutical or Semiconductor facilities environment, Knowledge of AutoCAD, Knowledge of CMMS

Lead a Facilities Operations and Maintenance team
Manage day to day operational issues
Respond to Out of Specification situations
Manage contractors on outsourced services
Support management of service and maintenance contracts
Sustain an automated Preventative Maintenance program
Develop and maintain critical spares strategy
Develop and implement Procedure and Work Instruction
Support Compliance efforts for Operations-related initiatives
Support resource planning for Event Management
Plan and organize resource for efficiency
Minimize unplanned downtime
Lead Operation meeting to address critical issues
Ensure company procedures and policies are complied
Active participation in continuous improvement projects
Lead Facilities function in certification programs
Support EHS and Security work scopes and projects

This position reports to APAC GF Leadership. This role is also responsible for supporting the quality operations related to the facility operations and maintenance, and compliance activities on the campus. Principal responsibilities include direct management of facilities inhouse and outsourced operation staff and functions, planned and predictive maintenance of central plant utilities support GMP manufacturing, and operational expense budget management. **Job scopes include but are not limited to:** * Good knowledge and expertise in Facilities System such as ACMV, Mechanical and Electrical System are required * Lead a Facilities Operations and Maintenance team for scope execution for Singapore plant and offices.
