What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2 or more years post education experience in manufacturing, operations, project management, Supply chain, or related field, Bachelors Degree in Industrial System/Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Operations Management, Supply Chain, or equivalent degrees with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor Operations/Manufacturing field, Masters Degree in Industrial System/Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Operations Management, Supply Chain, or equivalent degrees with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor Operations/Manufacturing, Knowledge of the semiconductor wafer Fabrication manufacturing process in regards to capacity planning, automation, scheduling, cycle time and manufacturing efficiency, Experience in using SQL, Tableau, AI tools in semiconductor wafer Fabrication manufacturing process

Eagerness to learn, grown understanding of semiconductor production floor concepts and operations
What You'll Do.
Develop applications and processes to continuously improve production
Collaborate with engineering to plan for future product
Keep updated on area issues
priorities and projects
Communicate fab performance metrics to large diverse group
Coordinate New Part Introduction (NPI) between teams
Set strategic and tactical plans for Wip In
Drive operational planning for critical efforts ensuring we
Develop standard processes
track and report on key lot status
Use statistical analysis to optimize fab performance metrics
Audit manufacturing capacity information
Present findings and recommend solutions to fab performance
Drive innovation by researching and using new data
Evaluate and collaborate on scenarios representing changes
Perform what if scenarios as needed
Understand the impact of the changes
Innovate and implement best-in-class predictive models and decision
Seek out novel methodologies and tools to better
