What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years of professional software engineering experience, 2+ years of experience improving developer experience through workflows, documentation, and capabilities of the internal platform, Experience designing and building cloud native applications using Golang, Hands-on experience building software using GenAI tools, like GitHub's Copilot, Cursor or Claude Code

Nice to Have

3+ years of hands on experience managing and deploying resources in AWS, 2+ years of experience managing workloads deployed on Kubernetes, Experience in prompt engineering or building AI-powered tools

What You'll Do.

Design and build GenAI-powered developer tooling: prompts

and telemetry to understand how they’re used

Build and run the GenAI developer platform: Tools

and integrations leveraging LiteLLM to power both local and background/long-running agents

Own guardrails and observability for agentic workflows: integrate with Datadog

define sensible standards

and make sure agents interact with Jira

and internal platforms in a safe

Team & Collaboration
