Design, develop and debug cost effective evaluation test HW/SW solutions for characterization and qualification in the wafer probe and package environments. Work with design engineers in defining/developing evaluation test methodologies, test plans, and test modes. Define/Create evaluation test schematics and work with lay-out engineers for creation of printed circuit boards (PCB).
