RESPEC is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer / Business Development (Structural) to join our engineering team in our Denver, Colorado office. This role is responsible for a combination of strategic business development and senior engineering. Utilizing a strategic mindset, the Senior Engineer steps confidently into client-facing conversations while successfully balancing a variety of projects. RESPEC is 100% employee-owned and this individual will join a collaborative group of fellow owners in tackling complex project challenges. This role will focus on: * Develop, build, and manage relationships with strategic partners and customers, both public and private, to build a pipeline of projects * Maintain current client relationships and facilitate continued joint project opportunities * Identify pursuits and position market sector to secure new business in existing and new markets * Work with other internal market sectors to develop joint pursuits and encourage cross selling to existing clients * Lead business development opportunities, oversee client management, and negotiate pr
