**[What the role is]** CAAS Next Generation Programme Office is looking for a strong, driven, and dynamic esteemed engineer candidate to be part of the team. You will be part of the multi-disciplinary team overseeing the entire life cycle management of next generation Radar Systems, starting from system planning and system design phase to implementation phase and transiting to operations and maintenance phase. **[What you will be working on]** The ATMSSP is responsible for conceptualization, implementation, and management of multiple IT and Operational Technology (OT) systems. In this role, the officer is expected to undertake the following areas of work: Radar Project Delivery * Plan and manage Radar projects and ensure alignment of project to the user objectives within established scope, cost and schedule * Coordinate and work with other teams for building and network infrastructure integration, ATM integrations and resolve deployment and integration issues * Lead and liaise with other technical teams to resolve impediments, incidents and issues Governance, Risk and Compliance * Ensure system compliance to CAAS and Government (Instruction Manual 8 and Cybersecurity Code of Practice) requirements, policies and standards * Ensure risk and safety framework is adhered to and carry out risk and safety management for radar projects * Identify and mitigating risks which may impact the successful delivery of the radar systems * Supporting audit and addressing findings Vendor contracting and management * Managed vendors and contractors to meet the project delivery and operation needs * Perform procurement of the systems, including its evaluation of the proposed solutions Stakeholder management * Work closely with multiple stakeholders both internal and external (including other government agencies, system suppliers, maintenance operators, operation users, IT consultants/auditors etc.) * Coordinate, liaise, support and conduct meetings to facilitate and validate the impleme
