Documents customer and contact information
Maintains customer data
Generates opportunities from existing customer base
Collaborates with maintenance team for leads
Meets sales budget and pricing targets
Finds customer needs and matches KONE’s solution
Responsible for pricing using tendering tools
Optimizes prices and discounts
Validates contract contents
Maintains information of opportunities
Keeps sales funnel data up-to-date
Timely and accurate reporting in CRM
Gathers market and competitors information
Supports finance function in money collection
Accountable for the account over the entire sell process
Drives execution of individual sales plan
Sells maintenance contracts
Sells related digital services
Generates modernization leads

Team & Collaboration
Creates and communicates leads and sales opportunities for entire KONE sales team; Ensures customer satisfaction and solving complaints with the rest of the KONE team; Collaborates with maintenance team for leads
