Develop and create customer relationships
Drive solution selling methodology with architects
Create interest and demonstrate value of KONE digital offering
Develop and grow KONE’s position
Create and communicate leads and sales opportunities
Ensure customer satisfaction and solve complaints
Document customer and contact information
Find customer needs and design solution
Set optimal market pricing for each solution
Request technical know-how from CSE
Ensure site readiness communicated to customer
Validate contents of the order
Accountable for the project until Order Booking
Ensure correct project categorization
Support finance function in money collection
Drive execution of individual sales plan
Gather relevant information about market and competitors
Timely and accurate reporting
Document full information of opportunities
Responsible for correct opportunity data in CRM

Team & Collaboration
Work with product team; Solve complaints with the rest of KONE team; Sales-to-Operations handover; Cross-selling opportunities
