What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, Ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience, Performing Test Management, Ability to write holistic Test Strategy Documents, Implementing test case prioritization, Performing End-to-End Testing, Detailed understanding of all phases of testing, Using Functional Test Automation Tools, Using Performance Testing, Using Test Management Tools, Providing RAG status quantified by Risk indicators, Master’s degree and eight (8) years of experience
What You'll Do.

Devise Test strategy for Clients
Communicate objectives

Report on test results
Participate in Go/No Go decisions
Serve as final alignment step on quality
Serve as strategic partner in quality alignment
Lead end-to-end test case management and execution
Monitor business readiness
Ensure compliance with client and regulatory standards
Support continuous improvement through best practice adoption
Identify and deploy innovative AI automated solutions
Streamline testing using AI
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)
Coordinate Business Process Testing
Coordinate Performance testing
Coordinate security testing
Ensure identification of availability and readiness of business
monitor and manage execution of end-to-end test
Ensure business involvement in test preparation and execution
Coordinate with the test automation team
Facilitate candidate test cases to automation team
Oversee build-out of automation portfolio
Coordinate defect management cycles
Provide appropriate reporting to project managers
Perform special projects and initiatives
Identify and implement best practices
Suggest improvements to current practices
Communicate with business-line and product-line leaders
Make recommendations and identify improvement areas
