What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4–7 years of experience in Sales Enablement, RevOps, Sales Operations, or related role, Understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes and deal cycles, Experience owning or driving tool adoption and enablement, Ability to translate strategy into practical, repeatable workflows, Cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence stakeholders, Highly organized with program management and execution skills, Familiarity with AI tools and workflows in sales, Background in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environments

THE ROLE We’re looking for an Enablement Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our enablement function. This role sits at the intersection of Sales Enablement and RevOps, ensuring that our tools, processes, and sales motions are consistently executed across the field. You will partner closely with our Global Sales Enablement leads to bring enablement strategy to life—driving adoption, improving deal execution, and building repeatable, scalable workflows for our sales teams. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, systems, and impact—not just training or content creation.
