Key Responsibilities Provide practical sound legal advice and counsel to internal teams, and management on all legal issues concerning the employment relationship, including, but not limited to, employment agreement review, leaves and benefits, workplace policies, protected status rights, terminations and restructuring in the context of our Employer Of Record (EOR) services Draft and negotiate employment agreements and mutual separation/exit agreements, and employment-related documentation. Monitor and interpret employment law developments across APAC and other international jurisdictions, and proactively update internal stakeholders to ensure ongoing compliance. Support client onboarding and offboarding processes by summarizing country-specific employment risks, regulatory requirements, and best practices
