The Senior Employee Relations Manager will provide employee relations and investigation expertise, case management, consultation and project management, within the global ER function. **Position Overview** The responsibilities for this role fall within both the proactive (education and prevention) and reactive (conflict management and investigations) categories. The Snr ER Manager will be responsible for providing expert level consultation, guidance and support in all matters related to employee relations. These matters include management training, consultation and guidance; employee complaint review and investigations; policy development and interpretation; disability and leave accommodations; and oversight of reduction in force processes. Prioritization and balancing time between projects and crisis-response is a critical component for success in the position. This is an individual contributor role. It reports to the Sr. Director, Thrive. **Responsibilities** * Lead investigations on employee relations matters and potential policy violations to evaluate and effectively address issues * Partner with stakeholders as required to thoroughly conduct the investigation and reach the best outcomes for our organization and employees * Interpret and apply understanding of corporate policies and practices, employment law, and other regulations to provide advice, guidance, or clarification for ER inquiries * Work with data to identify and analyze employee relations trends and make recommendations to address ER trends and root causes. * Work on projects and initiatives globally to mitigate risk * Manage or participate in special projects/programs requiring ER stakeholder input, as needed * Network, research, and bring new and innovative ideas on how Autodesk can create a more
