Assist business and HR partners to identify creative solution-based approaches to enterprise projects that are business relevant and take into account change management

Support managers and employees in successful resolution of workplace issues and conflicts

Collaborate with stakeholders and HR teams to address disability management files

Investigate and respond to employee relations matters escalated to executive leaders

and respond to pre-litigation files to maximize opportunity for effective & timely resolution and risk mitigation

Includes: providing risk analysis and recommendations, investigative support and conflict resolution of workplace issues, HR policies & programs, human rights and employment legislative requirements. _At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role.
