Must Have
7+ years of experience in employee relations, investigations, or HR compliance, Deep knowledge of U. S. employment law, regulatory requirements, and HR best practices, investigative skills, including interviewing, documentation, and evidence assessment, Excellent judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters, communication, influence, and conflict-resolution skills, Proven experience managing multiple complex cases with urgency and accuracy, Ability to build trust with leaders and employees at all levels and lead through ambiguity
Nice to Have
Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred
What You'll Do.
Lead employee relations investigations
Provide coaching and counsel to managers
Review disciplinary matters
Monitor compliance with employment laws
Lead compliance reviews
Maintain and update HR policies
Support mandatory reporting requirements
Develop and deliver training
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with HRBPs, Legal, and Security teams on ER matters; Serve as a subject-matter expert to upskill leaders and HR partners; Present insights and recommendations to HR leadership
