Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree or higher, Certification in instructional design, Certification in adult education, Experience in manufacturing environment, Experience in production environment, Experience in electronic assembly, Experience with training management systems, Experience with data reporting tools, Experience in space aerospace fabrication, Experience in military aerospace manufacturing

Deliver training on building circuit cards

Deliver training on assembling wire bundles

Deliver training on electrical crimping tools

Deliver training on electrical assembly tools

Deliver quality assurance training

Conduct hands-on lab exercises

Assess training program effectiveness

Adjust training based on feedback

Perform assessments to evaluate comprehension

Certify employees attending training

Conduct customer workplace coaching
