Senior Employee Development Specialist **Company:** The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Production System Training (PST) organization is seeking a **Senior Employee Development Specialist** with expertise in electrical, mechanical and quality instruction to join our dynamic team in **Layton, UT.** This position will primarily support Utah and New Mexico. This instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality training programs focused on electrical, mechanical, and quality skills and certification for technicians involved in the production of electronic assemblies. This role includes assessing the effectiveness of training content and collaborating with business partners to identify and implement performance development opportunities. The instructor will ensure that all training aligns with company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional presence in the classroom and lab settings. The selected candidate will have the ability to work independently with minimum supervision, demonstrating strong self-motivation and effective time management skills. **Position Responsibilities:** * Deliver engaging and effective training content that meets established learning objectives for technicians in electrical skills, including soldering, building circuit cards, and assembling wire bundles using electrical crimping and assembly tools * Deliver quality assurance training * Conduct hands-on lab exercises to reinforce theoretical knowledge and practical skills * Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments based on participant feedback and learning outcomes * Perform assessments to evaluate comprehension and certification of employees attending training sessions * Conduct customer workplace coaching to enhance the application of skills learned in training * Deploy development tools and resources to support ongoing learning and performance improvement * Consult with business partners to identify performance d
