Senior Employee Development Specialist **Company:** The Boeing Company We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Senior Employee Development Specialis****t** specializing in electrical systems and repair to join our dynamic team at the Kennedy Space Center in Titusville, Fla supporting our delivery team. This role requires an Electrical Subject Matter Expert (SME) with extensive knowledge and experience in Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) operations for both commercial and military aircraft. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in electrical and electronic systems. They will collaborate effectively with teammates to assist in the delivery of the Electrical training Statement of Work (SOW). The ideal candidate will also have extensive experience in airplane systems. Power distribution, powerplant, electrical systems, hydraulic, navigation, avionics, fuel, and pneumatic. Experience with NASA and J standard preferred. This role is responsible for defining project scope, overseeing curriculum development, and delivering specialized training programs that enhance employee performance and align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will serve as a lead instructor, deploy development tools, and lead performance analysis to recommend improvements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Define project scope and recommend deliverables, budget, and resource allocation for employee development initiatives * Oversee curriculum development, including review of course content, instructional materials, testing, and system access requirements * Identify business-specific learning objectives and adapt curriculum content and delivery methods to meet diverse learner needs * Serve as a lead instructor in specialized content areas, delivering engaging and effective training sessions * Deploy development tools and monitor their implementation to ensure successful learning outcomes * Identify potential performance issues and lead performance analysis efforts to dev
