Senior Employee Development Specialist **Company:** The Boeing Company We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Senior Employee Development Specialis****t** specializing in electrical systems and repair to join our dynamic team at the Kennedy Space Center in Titusville, Fla supporting our delivery team. This role requires an Electrical Subject Matter Expert (SME) with extensive knowledge and experience in Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) operations for both commercial and military aircraft. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in electrical and electronic systems. They will collaborate effectively with teammates to assist in the delivery of the Electrical training Statement of Work (SOW). The ideal candidate will also have extensive experience in airplane systems. Power distribution, powerplant, electrical systems, hydraulic, navigation, avionics, fuel, and pneumatic. Experience with NASA and J standard preferred. This role is responsible for defining project scope, overseeing curriculum development, and delivering specialized training programs that enhance employee performance and align with business objectives.
