5+ years of progressive experience in Account Management, Digital Marketing, or Client Strategy, Proven track record of successfully managing and growing high-value/VIP client portfolios, with direct impact on retention, pipeline generation, and revenue growth, Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience, with the ability to guide and develop Account Managers in client strategy, outreach performance, and problem-solving, Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, particularly for complex client challenges, expertise in building, managing, and optimizing B2B email outreach campaigns, with a deep understanding of key performance drivers (deliverability, open rates, reply rates, meetings booked, and pipeline generated), Hands-on experience with outbound and lead generation tools (e.g. , PersistIQ, Apollo, Clay, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms), including lead sourcing, enrichment, and segmentation, Extensive real-world experience with AI tools in a professional context, leveraging them for messaging, campaign optimization, lead enrichment, and workflow efficiency, A background in roles measured on client retention, revenue growth, and strategic account development, Exceptional organizational ability to strategically manage multiple high-impact client relationships and projects simultaneously, Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Our cloud-based platform provides landing pages, social promotions, website pop-ups, and lead tracking tools, serving over 3,000 customers from startups to Fortune 500 companies. We’re a 100% remote team, passionate about helping businesses achieve measurable growth through smart, data-driven marketing. OVERVIEW We’re seeking a highly strategic and experienced Senior Email Marketing Account Manager to own a portfolio of our most valuable and complex VIP clients. This role is for a proven leader who can not only drive exceptional marketing success but also act as a trusted second-in-command to the Senior Account Director, contributing significantly to strategic planning and team mentorship. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world, collaborating closely with the Account Management Team and all departments to ensure the continued success and growth of PersistIQ.    RESPONSIBILITIES • Exclusively manage a portfolio of high-value PersistIQ clients, including Kick Off Calls (KOCs), deeply understanding their business goals and translating them into effective B2B email outreach strategies with defined, measurable outcomes. • Co-own strategy, planning, and performance discussions for key accounts, acting as a strategic partner to both clients and the Senior Account Director. • Proactively track campaign performance against agreed benchmarks (open rates, reply rates, meetings booked, pipeline generated), adjust strategies, and identify growth opportunities to ensure clients consistently achieve and exceed their outreach objectives. • Serve as a senior advisor and coach to junior and mid-level Account Managers, sharing best practices and
