What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related discipline, Data center or mission-critical project exposure is mandatory, experience in ELV / ICT site supervision within high-availability environments, knowledge of structured cabling, fiber optic backbone, copper cabling, ICT containment, and low-current systems, Experience reviewing ELV drawings, technical submittments, method statements, and ITPs, Knowledge of CCTV, access control, public address, AV, BMS interfaces, and security systems where applicable, Familiarity with TIA, EIA, BICSI, and ISO structured cabling standards, coordination skills across ELV, MEP, CSA, ICT, security, and commissioning interfaces, Ability to monitor installation quality, testing readiness, progress, and site risks
Nice to Have
Hyperscale or colocation data center experience, GCC project experience, Experience in phased energization or live-facility coordination, Exposure to redundancy architectures such as N, N+1, and 2N, Familiarity with diverse routing strategies and capacity planning, Exposure to DCIM, BMS, EPMS, CCTV, and ACS systems, Fiber optic testing awareness, Experience using AutoCAD, Aconex, Procore, or other document control platforms, Relevant certifications such as BICSI, RCDD, or CCNA are an advantage

Monitor and supervise contractor execution of ELV and ICT site works
Verify compliance with approved drawings
Oversee structured cabling
and containment infrastructure
Review ELV shop drawings
material submittments
Track site progress and flag risks related to installation
and testing readiness
Witness cable pulling
and certification activities
Report technical issues
and discipline-specific risks to project leadership
as-built verification
and final handover documentation
Ensure contractor compliance with quality requirements
and approved procedures
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate ELV and ICT works with MEP, CSA, security, ICT, BMS, EPMS, and commissioning teams; Support system integration and interface coordination across ELV, ICT, BMS, EPMS, DCIM, and security systems; Attend technical, coordination, and OAC meetings with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
Communication Scope
Report technical issues, progress updates, and discipline-specific risks to project leadership; Attend technical, coordination, and OAC meetings with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
