Join our team and start your journey today! **Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced and driven **Senior Technician** to support our Controls Solutions business. In this role, you will be responsible for testing HVAC components per agency standards, writing detailed test reports, and maintaining test equipment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has a vast understanding of gas and cooling controls within residential and commercial HVACR equipment and is familiar with agency standards and reporting. You will be part of a team of engineers and other technicians. **AS A SENIOR TECHNICIAN, YOU WILL:** * Address gauge calibration issues * Assist with agency submittals and communicating directly with agency contacts * Be a 5S and safety leader (5S + 1) leader for the lab * Mentor Associate Engineers and less senior technicians with preparing documentation * Create test procedures and test fixtures * Make recommendations to address test failures to others (local or global) * Maintain records on tests, equipment maintenance, and calibration * Manage lab test schedules and work with Engineers to resolve scheduling conflicts * Plan, organize, coach, and lead laboratory tech
