Nice to Have

MSEE degree preferred, Experience with ISO 15118-2, Experience with J1772, Familiarity with UL 2231-1/2, Experience managing OEM deliverables, Experience with Energy Star certification, Experience designing PCBA for test fixtures, Experience reviewing production line test solutions

What You'll Do.

Own requirements tracking

Determine verification method

Develop test profiles

Generate high-quality reports

Develop product test strategies

Turn prototype designs into production units

Validate new product features

Own in-house test equipment

Own in-house test methods

Own in-house test documentation

Own in-house test execution

Define required pre-screens

Define risk reduction testing

Design PCBAs for test fixtures

Review production line test solutions

Assist design engineers with development testing

Perform detailed engineering investigations

Execute root cause analysis on field failures

Present findings to triage teams

Present findings to design engineers

Present findings to management

Make targeted electrical design changes

Replace obsolete components

Correct failures identified through analysis

Collaborate cross-functionally with firmware engineers

Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical engineers

Collaborate cross-functionally with quality engineers

Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing engineers
