What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Existing rights to work in Brazil, Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic/Automation engineering field, Registered or eligible to register with the Engineering and Agronomy Regional Council (Conselho Regional de Engenharia e Agronomia - CREA), Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the English Language, Experience leading electrical/electronic system design, analysis and integration for aircraft
Nice to Have
Experience leading Fuel System Electrical Design, Analysis and Certification for transport category airplanes, Experience leading Propulsion System Electrical Design, Analys and Certification for transport category airplanes, Experience leading Fuel quantity indicating systems Design, Analysis and Certification for transport category airplanes, Experience developing and approving electrical system circuit diagrams and schematics, Experience leading electrostatics analysis and testing for fuels
What You'll Do.
verification and documentation of complex electronic and electrical system requirements
Definition and coordination of functional and physical interfaces between the fuel system and the vehicle
Development of specifications
architectural and configuration concepts for fuel system electrical and electronic installations
Overseeing and using various testing
modeling and simulation tools to estimate or calculate system performance or electromagnetic/electrostatics effects
performing and reviewing certification tests for fuel systems and their components
Solving problems of fielded equipment over the entire product lifecycle
Supporting fielded systems to ensure continued reliability
overseeing and reviewing Functional Hazard Assessments
System Safety Assessment reports
Coordinating activities with equipment suppliers
certification authorities and other areas to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements
