What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in the electrical construction industry, working knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations, Demonstrated experience overseeing and mentoring estimators and junior estimators, Proficiency with estimating software including Accubid and LiveCount, Ability to interpret computerized cost data and estimating systems, Proven ability to produce accurate cost estimates, takeoffs, and proposals with minimal errors, attention to detail with the ability to meet strict deadlines, Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain estimates and negotiate contracts effectively, time-management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment, Awareness of current market conditions, including labor rates and material cost fluctuations

The Senior Estimator plays a critical leadership role within Enterprise Electrical’s Estimating Department, responsible for developing accurate, competitive, and profitable electrical estimates across a wide range of commercial, Industrial and design-build projects. This position oversees estimating activities, supports junior estimators, and partners closely with senior leadership to drive strategic bidding decisions.
