Must Have
BSEE or MSEE, 10+ years of relevant experience, Experience working with ODM and JDM partners, Networking hardware design experience, Embedded x86/ARM system design experience, Experience with systems featuring WiFi/Cellular/RF interfaces, High-speed interface design, Writing specifications and drawing schematics, Collaboration with CAD designers, Experience working with Software, Diagnostics, and Test & Compliance engineers, Signal integrity and power integrity expertise, Mass production DFM experience, Project management skills, Proven track record of successfully taking products from concept to production, Experience driving cost-optimized solutions

Lead end-to-end hardware design
Manage ODM/JDM program execution
Author hardware functional specifications
Define critical components
Lead component selection
Lead component qualification
Lead component lifecycle management
Review routing strategies
Review signal integrity simulations
Review power integrity simulations
Review fabrication details
Lead debug of prototypes
Drive complex system-level debug
Ensure products meet test & compliance requirements
Lead and manage ODM and JDM partners
Drive project schedules
Coordinate with Supply Chain
Apply Design for Manufacturability principles
Guide groups of engineers
Mentor junior hardware engineers
Work with Product Line Management
Define product requirements
Lead hardware architecture
Design SD-WAN appliances
Design systems featuring WiFi/Cellular/RF interfaces
