Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, 10+ years of electrical engineering experience, Professional Engineer (PE) license, Extensive experience with electrical distribution, lighting, grounding, and life safety systems in commercial, retail, industrial, or supermarket facilities, Demonstrated expertise performing high‑level technical reviews, code compliance evaluations, and system-level coordination, verbal and written communication skills, including client-facing interaction, Deep knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NFPA 70), applicable building codes, and industry standards, Proficiency in reviewing AutoCAD or Revit-based design packages

Provide senior-level technical review
Ensure all designs meet client criteria
Lead coordination of electrical systems
Consult with electric utilities
Advise project managers
Conduct on-site assessments
Perform field inspections
Serve as a subject matter expert
Mentor and support development
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Lead coordination of electrical systems with mechanical, refrigeration, EMS/controls, architectural, and MEPR design disciplines; Partner with clients to enhance design criteria, drive standardization, and identify opportunities for increased performance or reduced total cost
Communication Scope
verbal and written communication skills; client-facing interaction; Effective technical communicator; client-facing consulting skills
