This role is an **R &D‑focused leadership position** managing a team performing highly technical electrical testing that supports product development, customer requirements, and North American product roadmaps. **Role Responsibilities** * Manage the **Marshall Technology Center** electrical test lab, including staffing, scheduling, safety, and daily operations for a team of ~10 employees. * Lead and develop a team performing **high‑voltage and medium‑voltage electrical testing** , ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with UL, CSA, and internal standards. * Prepare and manage annual budgets, capital expenditure proposals, and efficiency improvement targets. * Maintain and improve test equipment, lab infrastructure, and technical capabilities; oversee maintenance and calibration. * Ensure high standards of quality, service level, and documentation across all testing activities. * Oversee the SharePoint‑based database containing performance data for all med
