This role focuses on developing high-performance RF sub-circuits that meet stringent regulatory and functional specifications. The Engineer will be instrumental in ensuring seamless production and supply continuity through robust design, rigorous debugging, and cross-functional collaboration. **Hardware Engineer (RF & LMR Systems)** **Key Responsibilities** * RF Hardware Development: Extensive experience in Electrical Engineering (EE) hardware development for Land Mobile Radio (LMR) based modems. This includes hands-on design and development of Transmitters, Frequency Generation Units (FGU) and Receiver circuits. * Compliance & Certification: Experienced in troubleshooting RF performance issues arising from regulatory certification and conformance testing (e.g., ETSI, FCC, or P25 standards). * Design Tools: Proficient in electronic design automation (EDA) software for schematic capture and PCB layout, with a strong preference for Cadence Allegro/OrCAD. * ·Systems Integration: Manage the hardware-to-software integration lifecycle.
