4-year bachelor’s degree, Proficient with AutoCAD, Proficient with AutoCAD Electrical, Ability to work with minimal guidance, Effective communication skills, Presentation skills
Nice to Have
EIT certificate, 4-10 years of design experience, Experience with switchgear, Experience with control circuit, Experience with electrical design, Experience with UL891, Experience with REVIT, Experience with Inventor, Experience in generator controls, Experience in automation controls, PLC knowledge, HMI knowledge, Rockwell knowledge, Siemens knowledge, Woodward knowledge, PE license in power systems, PE license in controls
What You'll Do.
Create designs for low voltage electrical switchgear assemblies/systems
Develop complete drawings
Develop and review testing plans
Follow standard design processes
Develop standard design processes
Document standard design processes
Make changes in electrical design
Correct electrical design
Support other departments
Resolve identified issues
Mentor junior engineers
Promote culture of collaboration
